Our Loan Production Offices
Welcome to Happier Banking at our loan production offices
Designed and developed for a unique business banking environment that aligns with our mission of providing Happier Banking, our three Loan Production Offices (LPOs) in Lexington, Louisville, and Covington, Kentucky, offer more convenience and flexibility to our customers living, working, or visiting downtown.
The LPOs were designed to accommodate one-on-one meetings with our banking experts for local businesses and Treasury Management needs. The buildings feature a modern aesthetic with a small café, beautiful seating, and high-tops for laptop use. Features like a coffee bar, public Wi-Fi, and TVs make these offices the perfect spot.
Plus, an Interactive Teller Machine (or ITM, think an ATM but with video chat!) at each location allows OnDemand banking to our customers from 7 AM to 7 PM Monday through Saturday.

Lexington, Kentucky
Our 1,200 square foot office located across from Rupp Arena at 390 West Main Street opened in 2022. Forcht Bank worked closely with architecture and design firm K4 and interior designers at My Favorite Things to create an inviting, multi-use space.

Louisville, Kentucky
Our 2,500 square foot office conveniently located in the St. Matthews Vogue Shopping Center, at 3747 Lexington Road, opened in 2019. Built originally in the 1930s, our end unit underwent a complete renovation starting in December 2018 to create a bright, welcoming atmosphere.

Covington, Kentucky
Our 1,200 square foot office located in a renovated building at the site of Covington's former Greyhound Bus station, at 502 Madison Avenue, opened in 2016. Forcht Bank worked closely with K4 to tie the design of this new branch and partner the Forcht Bank legacy to that of the historic Madison district in Covington, while presenting a modern and updated feel.
