In January, Forcht Bank launched our first-ever Emerging Leaders program, intended to identify and nurture high-potential employees by equipping them with the skills, insights, and experience necessary to excel as future leaders.
This program, open to all of our Bank employees, is a year-long initiative where members will gain strategic thinking and effective communication skills through various targeted trainings, job shadowing opportunities, and real-world projects.
Our program consists of 10 Bank employees, who applied and were selected for our inaugural class, including:
-Andria Cook, a Training Specialist in Lexington
-Bethany Earl, a Concierge III in Greensburg
-Brandy Hurdt, a Concierge III in Campbellsville
-Christina Blocker, a Concierge II in Lexington
-Holly West, a Concierge II in Cincinnati
-Lisa Coffey, a Concierge II in Crittenden
-Seth Raney, a Concierge III in London
-Stephanie Reed, a Concierge III in Dry Ridge
-Taylor Johnson, a Financial Center Manager in Somerset
-Tyler Master, a Concierge II in Richmond
